Whether an adult is using a mini trampoline or a child, you should use trampoline pads.
Some people say that the pad is the most important part of the trampoline, because you'll always want to remember to protect yourself first and foremost. There are many questions you should ask yourself when buying trampoline pads and this will be your guide so you don't forget anything.

1. How thick is the trampoline pad? You need a pad that will absorb shock.
2. How wide are the trampoline pads? They need to cover the correct parts of the rebounder.
3. Does it cover all trampoline parts, including the frame and the springs? If not, it's not the right one for you.
4. Do the trampoline pads fit properly and stay on the frame? They shouldn't fly off from any sort of force including wind, and of course the force of you jumping.
5. If you land on them, what kind of protection will they provide? Trampolines are made with hard parts. Landing face first on the springs or the trampoline frame will be less than a pleasant experience. Trampoline pads will make it much less painful.
6. Are they sturdy and will they last a long time? They do wear out, and it's better to spend more now than to have to replace them every so often.

Good trampoline pads use dense foam to protect you from risk of injury. Though many people think they can get by without using any pads, or by using cheap ones, risk of injury from using any kind of trampoline, including a mini rebounder trampoline is high. Injuries associated with rebounding are no uncommon and safety shouldn't be take lightly.

If you are having trouble trying to figure out where to buy trampoline pads or which trampoline pads to buy, it's always a safe bet to check user ratings on amazon.com. There are many brands and they are all made differently. It's not a good place to skim, and it's important to get quality trampoline pads.

If you are unsure about trampoline safety, pads are a great way to start and I will soon be writing an article on the ins and outs of keeping yourself and your loved ones from rebounder trampoline injuries. Rebounding is a great way to exercise, but like any other form of exercise, you need to remember that exercise can be dangerous and you need to take certain precautions.

Good luck finding the right trampoline pads for your mini trampoline! Remember: safety first and foremost. Once you have that taken care of, rebounding will be a breeze!

Health Benefits of The Rebounder Trampoline CTND.

In my last article I discussed health benefits of using the rebounder trampoline and how everyone can improve their health and lifestyle by rebounding. Today I'd like to go more into specifics. The rebounder mini trampoline has different benefits for different people, depending on age and other things. So in addition to helping maintain weight, building muscle, improving lymphatic functions, and having fun, there are many benefits of using the rebounder trampoline.

Rebounding is very beneficial to people with arthritis. Running and jogging are high impact, as I've already spoken about. Rebounding is no impact, gravity takes the impact and therefore is a much safer way to exercise. Arthritis is a problem that effects many people and jumping on the rebounder trampoline releases a lot of the tension in the joints.

Rebounding also increases breathing capacity, making it easier to breathe. In a lot of exercises people who struggle with shortness of breath find it difficult, but the rebounder trampoline actually aids in it.

It also prevents and helps chronic edema, as well as strengthening the heart and lowering cholesterol.

The rebounder trampoline exercise helps repair damaged tissue and improves balance and coordination. It also offers relief from aches and pains that are connected to lack of exercising.

For those with sleeping problems, rebounding improved the quality and ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. It also helps with menstrual issues for women. It also slows down aging.

Finally, rebounding on the rebounder trampoline can help children who have ADD or ADHD. It is a well known fact that children with these disorders benefit from exercise (as do all children). Instead of your kids running amok around the kitchen, put a mini trampoline in front of them. Children love trampolines and won't think of it as exercise, they'll think of it as play!

This only scratches the surface of benefits gained from a rebounder trampoline. If you think you can get some other benefit from it, tell us about it! Talk to your doctor and ask him/her about rebounding and see what it can do for YOU. The options are limitless and most people see improvement in their health, their weight, and their life within the first few weeks of rebounding for only thirty minutes a day.

The recommended time to exercise on a rebounder trampoline is at least twenty minutes, but check with your healthcare provider because it's really different for everyone. It's a exercise that will benefit everyone if done right and done consistently. It's a lot of fun and everyone in the family can use it. I got myself a nice rebounder trampoline and it was well worth it. I consider it one of the best investments I've ever made and I would recommend it to anyone who asks. It's becoming more and more popular to use a mini trampoline and there are many brands and models to chooser from. That's what I'll be talking about next. I'll review some of the top brands of rebounder trampolines and tell you where you can get them.

Good luck on your rebounder trampoline!

Health Benefits of A Mini Trampoline

There are so many health benefits of rebounding on a mini trampoline that it's hard to know where to start. Before we get into specifics, let's compare this to other forms of exercise.
We'll start with jogging and running. Jogging and running is a high impact sport. In a three mile run you will burn around 500-700 calories, but it takes a huge toll on your knees and your ankles.
Rebounding, on the other hand, is low impact. The mini trampoline absorbs much of the shock, and in an hour on a rebounder you can burn around 700 calories. This can be by bouncing or by jogging in place. Rebounding also requires a lot of energy, and your body will respond to this. Mini trampoline exercise will let your body know you need more energy and this energy will stick around for the entire day.

Now we should move on to talking about the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is extremely important, as it delivers nutrients all over our body, it fights bacteria and viruses, and helps to detoxify our systems. Mini trampoline exercise helps greatly to aid in functions of our lymphatic systems. Lymph fluid depends on muscle contraction to circulate it through the body. Rebounding on a mini trampoline greatly helps to contract muscles better than almost any other exercise. Just a few minutes on the rebounder a day will will increase effectiveness of the lymph system and you will reap the health benefits. It's fun and gravity takes the shock!

Weight loss - this is the real reason why we exercise. We want to be in shape, we want muscle tone and we want to just look good! Rebounding exercise on the mini trampoline helps us to accomplish just that. Jumping on your rebounder mini trampoline is so much fun, can be done any time of the day in the privacy of your own home, in front of the TV, a movie, with the radio on, or any other way you'd like it. Since rebounding works out your entire body, your burning more calories than you would running or jogging. Your metabolism increases and will stay that way for hours after you finish your rebounding on the mini trampoline. You use a lot of energy when you rebound, and therefore burn a ton of calories. Your body will adjust to use up that much energy and will stay that way for hours or the rest of the day! Depending on how strenuous your mini trampoline routine is, you can burn off up to 800 calories in one hour! Though most people burn around 600.

Now let's talk about skin. We all want to look good and the rebounder mini trampoline not only helps with weight loss and control, but it also makes our skin look better. How? The extra blood and lymph fluid circulation improves facial tone and overall appearence. Just another reason why rebounding is great!

Muscle tone - we all want lean and strong muscles. They look good and they give you more energy, help your metabolism and create an overall better quality of life. Rebounding on the mini trampoline helps you accomplish this. While rebounding, every muscle group is challenged and stressed a little which helps you build muscle and strength in every part of your body! It also increases bone density. Youl will notice when exercising on your mini trampoline that you are working out every part of your body. You will feel your abdominal muscles contract, your back muscles, and your biceps, and everything else, too. In no time you'll be amazed by the effects that rebounding is having on you and your entire body.

These are the main health benefits of the rebounder mini trampoline. In my next article I'll review more specific ones for people with conditions such as arthritus, depression, sleep disorders, and ADHD for children. I'll also talk about how it helps people of every age group in different ways.

Thanks for reading and check back soon for benefits of the mini trampoline 2!

Rebounder Trampoline

What is a rebounder trampoline?

A rebounder trampoline is just another name for a mini trampoline.
