Health Benefits of The Rebounder Trampoline CTND.

In my last article I discussed health benefits of using the rebounder trampoline and how everyone can improve their health and lifestyle by rebounding. Today I'd like to go more into specifics. The rebounder mini trampoline has different benefits for different people, depending on age and other things. So in addition to helping maintain weight, building muscle, improving lymphatic functions, and having fun, there are many benefits of using the rebounder trampoline.

Rebounding is very beneficial to people with arthritis. Running and jogging are high impact, as I've already spoken about. Rebounding is no impact, gravity takes the impact and therefore is a much safer way to exercise. Arthritis is a problem that effects many people and jumping on the rebounder trampoline releases a lot of the tension in the joints.

Rebounding also increases breathing capacity, making it easier to breathe. In a lot of exercises people who struggle with shortness of breath find it difficult, but the rebounder trampoline actually aids in it.

It also prevents and helps chronic edema, as well as strengthening the heart and lowering cholesterol.

The rebounder trampoline exercise helps repair damaged tissue and improves balance and coordination. It also offers relief from aches and pains that are connected to lack of exercising.

For those with sleeping problems, rebounding improved the quality and ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. It also helps with menstrual issues for women. It also slows down aging.

Finally, rebounding on the rebounder trampoline can help children who have ADD or ADHD. It is a well known fact that children with these disorders benefit from exercise (as do all children). Instead of your kids running amok around the kitchen, put a mini trampoline in front of them. Children love trampolines and won't think of it as exercise, they'll think of it as play!

This only scratches the surface of benefits gained from a rebounder trampoline. If you think you can get some other benefit from it, tell us about it! Talk to your doctor and ask him/her about rebounding and see what it can do for YOU. The options are limitless and most people see improvement in their health, their weight, and their life within the first few weeks of rebounding for only thirty minutes a day.

The recommended time to exercise on a rebounder trampoline is at least twenty minutes, but check with your healthcare provider because it's really different for everyone. It's a exercise that will benefit everyone if done right and done consistently. It's a lot of fun and everyone in the family can use it. I got myself a nice rebounder trampoline and it was well worth it. I consider it one of the best investments I've ever made and I would recommend it to anyone who asks. It's becoming more and more popular to use a mini trampoline and there are many brands and models to chooser from. That's what I'll be talking about next. I'll review some of the top brands of rebounder trampolines and tell you where you can get them.

Good luck on your rebounder trampoline!

Your metabolism increases and will stay that way for hours after you finish your rebounding on the mini trampoline. You use a lot of energy when you rebound, and therefore burn a ton of calories. Your body will adjust to use up that much energy and will stay that way for hours or the rest of the day! Depending on how strenuous your mini trampoline routine is, you can burn off up to 800 calories in one hour! Though most people burn around 600.

Now let's talk about skin. We all want to look good and the rebounder mini trampoline not only helps with weight loss and control, but it also makes our skin look better. How? The extra blood and lymph fluid circulation improves facial tone and overall appearence. Just another reason why rebounding is great!

Rebounding on the mini trampoline helps you accomplish this. While rebounding, every muscle group is challenged and stressed a little which helps you build muscle and strength in every part of your body! It also increases bone density. Youl will notice when exercising on your mini trampoline that you are working out every part of your body.
